Green Paradise Smoothie
Now, I love mangoes, but throw in a banana and pineapple, and you’ve really got my attention. Spinach will make this smoothie stand out with a nice green color that also adds to the taste and nutrient value here.
1 Mango
1 Banana
1 Cup of pineapple bits
2 Cup of spinach
1 Cup of water
This should make enough for 2 people to enjoy this smoothie, but if you’re anything like me, you might find yourself going back for seconds and leaving your friend out to dry
Green Berry Blend
This tasty drink will give you a nice boost of vitamin C, fiber, and of course, flavor.
1 Avocado (pitted, of course)
1/2 Cup whole raspberries
3/4 Cup raspberry juice
3/4 Cup orange juice

Peanut Butter Passion
If you’ve read some of the other articles on this site, you know I advocate weight lifting for weight loss. I don’t really have the space to explain it here, but feeding protein to your muscles is a great way to burn some calories and fat. These tasty drinks will help fuel your exercise program.
This one is pretty tasty and great for peanut butter lovers, like myself.
2 Cups of strawberries
4 Spoons of peanut butter (Sometimes I sneak in a fifth spoonful)
1 12 oz. can of diet sprite (or equivalent soda)
Some ice to add texture
Protein Endurance
This one is a great way to get some extra protein to help you with your exercising and give you some added endurance to help you squeeze in a few more reps or an extra set.
2 Spoonfuls of peanut butter
1/2 Cup of pineapple bits
1 Banana
1/2 Cup of orange juice
1 Cup of vanilla yogurt (aim to get the low-fat types)

1 Cup of milk (go for the fat-free milk if you’re serious about your diet)

4 tablespoons honey
Thai Tonic Smoothie
This drink is one of my favorites. Whenever I taste this one, it reminds me of relaxing on one of the pristine beaches you see on those postcards. Enjoy!
